Open access publishing provides a model for publication of scholarly journals with instant, worldwide and barrier-free access to the full-text of all published articles. Many authors realise the benefits that open access publishing can provide in terms of increased accessibility and impact of their work. Internationally, through open access model, publication costs of an article are borne by an author's research budget, or by their supporting institution, in the form of Publication or Article Processing Charges.

As per Government notification of Goods and Services Tax Act effective from 1st July 2017, The Revised Charges are as under :

For articles from within India

A. Post Acceptance: Rs 2000/- for Original article/Review/Case Report/Images in medicine/Letter to Editor

Plus Goods and Services Tax of 18 %

For articles from outside India

A. Post Acceptance: USD 100/- for Original article/Review/Case Report/Images in Medicine/Letter to Editor-

In case Letter to Editor is in response to any article published earlier in IJNMR, no charges will be payable

No publication charges are levied from authors who have taken some other paid service.

We hereby urge the authors to request their respective libraries to subscribe print version of IJNMR.
